Dear Colleague, It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 2nd International Conference on Quantum Science (ICQSGW-2026), held jointly with the 5th Seminar on the Discovery and Detection of Gravitational Waves, to be hosted in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, on September 14–15, 2026. This landmark meeting brings together two transformative frontiers of modern physics—quantum science and gravitational-wave research—to encourage dialogue, collaboration, and innovation across academia, national laboratories, and industry. Over two inspiring days, the conference will feature plenary lectures, invited talks, thematic sessions, poster presentations, workshops, and panel discussions. Participants will explore a broad scientific landscape spanning quantum foundations, materials, computation, communication, sensing, software, gravitation, astrophysics, detector instrumentation, and quantum gravity, while also engaging with emerging directions in quantum-enhanced measurement, multi-messenger astronomy, and hybrid quantum–classical approaches. Building on the success of the earlier seminars held from 2022 to 2025, ICQSGW-2026 continues the growth of this scientific series by uniting the quantum-science and gravitational-wave communities in a single interdisciplinary forum.
